Medway Crematorium, kent

The Medway Crematorium in Chatham, Kent has served local communities in the surrounding areas since the 1950s.

The crematorium has two multi-faith chapels, which can each seat up to 115 people; there is standing room for an additional 30 mourners.
The gardens of remembrance cover 14 acres of mixed woodland, with some formal flower beds.

The standard length of funeral services is one hour. Pieces of music can be selected from a digital system, and visual tributes, such as photos or videos, can be displayed in the chapel.

Services can be live-streamed and recordings can be watched on a secure website for up to 28 days afterwards.

A range of memorials can be installed in the gardens of remembrance at The Medway Crematorium. A book of remembrance is displayed in the chapel of meditation in the gardens of remembrance, which is open 365 days a year.
