The Downs Crematorium, south east

The Downs Crematorium in Brighton, Sussex, has served local communities since 1941.

The crematorium’s two multi-faith chapels have seating for larger numbers of people. There is disabled access, disabled toilets and a hearing loop.

A wide range of memorials can be installed in the gardens of remembrance, which has views of the sea.

The crematorium office, memorial office, book of remembrance room and gardens of remembrance are open 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday. At weekends the book of remembrance room and gardens of remembrance are open 10am to 5pm in summer, and 10am-4pm in winter.
